Marianne Thomas

Marianne Thomas is a founder of Be3 and has worked in education, ministry and counseling. Marianne's real heart is working with the special needs community. Marianne has a younger sister/best friend with special needs who attends programming at Be3. Marianne loves spending time with her boys, volunteering, playing sports, hiking and spending time on the lake. Marianne is actively involved with Special Olympics, serves on the board of the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia and is co-chair for Art with Heart and serves on the advisory board for the Georgia Health and Policy Center Division of Aging Services . Her life verse is Micah6:8.

Tracy Grindle is the program director of the downtown Be3 location. Tracy and her husband started Global Envoy, a local non profit in Hall County. She also spent time with her family as missionaries in India. Tracy has two grown children and four adorable grandchildren. Tracy radiates joy, love and inspires all those she meets! Tracy loves spending time with her family, friends and being active (she loves her Peloton)!
